We make all of our Sausages in house , Mincing  our pork on a medium plate  to give a fine to medium product using only the best fresh ingredients which is 80% lean ,we use belly or Shoulder cuts Sourced from English Free range gilt Pigs(all female pigs under 12 months of age) all reared to the highest R.S.P.C.A welfare standards and fully farm assured. (Packington free-range or Orchard farm free-range pork)
